What is collected

• GoatCounter measures page visits and referrals without setting analytics cookies.
• Optional email input when you choose to subscribe via Substack.
• Introductory-call bookings are handled on Calendly. When you choose to book, Calendly processes the scheduling details you provide, such as your name, email address, meeting time, and any optional notes.

Why it is collected

• Understand which pages are useful.
• Support direct newsletter subscription on Substack.
• Schedule and administer the introductory call you request through Calendly.

Your choices

• You can browse without subscribing.
• You can leave Substack at any time using its subscription controls.
• Booking is optional. The booking link takes you to Calendly, whose handling of booking information is described in its Privacy Notice .

Embedded YouTube videos

Some pages include embedded YouTube videos. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player.

Your browser may connect to YouTube/Google as an embedded player approaches the visible area of the page, before you press Play. These requests share your IP address, browser and request information, the video identifier, and may identify this website as the source of the request. Privacy-enhanced mode does not prevent these connections.

Google handles this information under its Privacy Policy. Choosing not to play a video does not prevent the initial connection.
