## What is collected

- A privacy-friendly analytics beacon (GoatCounter) is used to measure page usefulness without ad tracking.
- Optional email input when you choose to subscribe via Substack.
- Introductory-call bookings are handled on Calendly. When you choose to book, Calendly processes the scheduling details you provide, such as your name, email address, meeting time, and any optional notes.

## Why it is collected

- You can browse without subscribing.
- You can leave Substack at any time using its subscription controls.
