Complex technology programs often present themselves as implementation problems when the harder issue is an unresolved decision about authority, risk, ownership, evidence, or sequencing.
My work makes those choices explicit. I connect technical reality to business consequence, preserve uncertainty where the evidence is incomplete, and help leaders decide what must be controlled before execution accelerates.
